Prague is perfectly fine, all the measures taken so far have been just safety precautions. The Vltava river has reached its peak already yesterday and according to the authorities the water has started going down from then. The weather forecast seems to be promising. The hostel operates just the same as well as all the historical monuments. And the sun is shining J
